Prices include everything but postage. Postage is worked out at checkout from the size of your parcel — or collect it for free.
Take the photo at home with our simple guide, send it to us, and we'll print 8 photos cut to the UK passport rules — and check it's right before you order. Collect from us or have them posted.
Send us a photo of your dog, cat or any pet and we'll turn it into a portrait — painted in oils, watercolour, pop art or pencil, or cut out onto a colour of your choice with their name underneath. You see it before you pay, then download it full size or have it on canvas.
Creased, torn, faded or spotted? Send us a photo of it (a scan, or a clear phone photo) and we'll repair it by hand — and colour in a black-and-white one if you like. You see the finished photo before you pay anything, then download it full size, or have it printed and framed.

We make every order in 3–5 working days. We'll let you know when it's ready to collect, or send you the tracking number when it's posted.
Yes — choose delivery at checkout. The price depends on the size of the parcel and is shown before you pay: Royal Mail 1st Class or Tracked 24, and Parcelforce for big canvases. Or collect it for free.
By card when you order, on Stripe's secure payment page (Apple Pay and Google Pay work too). If you're collecting, you can pay when you collect instead.
If it arrives damaged, or there's a fault in the print, get in touch and we'll make it again for free.
Upload the original photo — straight from your phone or camera, not a screenshot or one sent through a messaging app, which makes it smaller. As you choose a size we'll tell you if it's too small to print sharply, and sizes it may look soft at are marked — you can still choose them. And a person checks every photo before it's printed.
We only use them to make your order. Photos you upload are deleted automatically after 7 days if you don't order with them, or 30 days after your order if you do.
A canvas wraps round a wooden frame, so the picture carries on round the sides. Choose mirrored edges (the edge of your photo is reflected round the side, so none of the picture is lost), or plain black or white sides.

They choose their photo and what to have it made into. It lasts 12 months and can be spent over several orders, online or in the shop.
A scan is best. A phone photo of the print works too — flat, in good daylight, no flash, filling the screen. You'll see the finished photo before you pay.
A clear, sharp photo with their face well lit works best — at their eye level, and the whole head in the picture. You'll see the portrait before you pay.
Take the photo at home, send it to us, and we'll print 8 photos cut to the UK passport rules (35 × 45 mm) on proper photo paper — to collect, or posted to you. You'll see exactly how it'll look, and whether anything needs retaking, before you order.
For the passport office's own rules, see GOV.UK ("Photos for passports"). These printed photos are for paper applications and forms. Applying online needs a digital photo code from an approved provider, which we can't give.
